stayed up till 3 30 am this morning to watch the women's tennis quater final between serena williams and alize cornet. the latter's such a bubbly young pro! i love the way she plays tennis. though her shots arent as powerful as serena's, nonetheless, she 's amazing.
oh and youshould have seen serena smashing her racket. during the 1st set, serena was already trailing by 3 or 4 game points. when she lost the next one, poor Wilson was smashed beyond recognition.

it's evident she had so much determination & desperation. i dont even see that in certain aspects of my life. and i'm not determind to be an engineer anymore. seriously. i love planes, yes, but i don't see myself as an engineer simply cos i'm not passionate about becoming one. (but maybe i'll get my LAME cert first in case i get retrenched one day)after all 90% of engin graduates dont become engineers. so why the heck is my dad trying to psycho& persuade me to become an engineer? i dont want others to dictate my life. studying engineering is quite useful & fun but I DON'T WANNA BE A GONG CHENG SHI after i graduate. i think i wanna be a cook or a hsewife or a designer or stg else i'm passionate about. tt's why i admire my sis for not taking the engin route ,despite receiving the harsh criticisms & the mental torture from you-should-know-who. at least she's doing what she loves and she loves what she's doing even though she needs more facial medicine.wow. you've come a long way. well done! enough ranting.
